Each plan is designed to support total fitness, with a mix of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and stretching. The length and activities will vary based on your background and needs.

Achieve classes that fit into your results plan:

Step (cardio):

Step on, off, and over an adjustable-height platform.

Hi/Lo Aerobics (cardio):

A mixture of high- and low-impact dance moves.

Kwando (cardio):

Basic moves from Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, and Karate.

PowerFlex (strength):

Learn the correct way to use weighted barbells.

Straight-Up (strength):

Use small weights to improve your abs/back, legs, or chest/arms.

Yoga (stretching):

Traditional postures focus on flexibility, strength, and breathing.

Pilates (stretching):

Concentrate on proper breathing and control while isolating key muscle groups.

Football Workout:

Get in shape for the season with this 8 – 10 week program.

Golf Workout:

Protect yourself from injury by increasing your flexibility and strengthening your swing.

Reaction Cycling Workout:

Enable your heart and lungs to function more efficiently and reduce body fat, as you simulate riding across hills and flats.

Beach Volleyball Workout:

A combination of strength and cardio training gets you in shape to play hard while you soak in the sun and enjoy the beach.

Basketball Workout:

Jump higher and run the court faster, whether you’re involved in league play or a neighborhood pick-up game.


Increase muscle and endurance, to improve your performance when running outside, on the track, or on a treadmill.
